Trunk or Treat Set-up Crew

πŸŽƒ Help Us Bring Yavapai's 2026 Trunk or Treat Bash to Life! πŸ‘»

We're calling on our Thunderbird families and community to help us transform Yavapai into a spooky, fun-filled celebration!

Our event setup will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM, and we need as many helping hands as possible to make it happen! (EARLY RELEASE AT 1:15PM & EVENT AT 5:30PM)

Volunteers will help with hanging caution tape and signs, stretching fake spider webbing, decorating entrances and walkways, setting up event areas, and adding all the spooky finishing touches that will bring the night to life.

πŸ’œ These events simply aren't possible without YOU! Our APT relies on the generosity, time, and teamwork of our families and community to create these memorable experiences for our students. Whether you can lend a hand with setup or register your vehicle to host a decorated trunk, every contribution makes a difference!

πŸš— We also need decorated trunks! Families are encouraged to register their vehicles and join the fun. The more participating trunks we have, the more exciting the experience will be for our trick-or-treaters!

Together We SOAR, and together we make these events possible! πŸ’œπŸ’›
