2026 Yavapai Trunk or Treat Bash

 

Complete this form to register your vehicle for Yavapai's 2026 Trunk or Treat Bash. Once you register, your trunk is officially in the running for our 2026 Ultimate Trunk Master Competition. Bring your creepiest, coolest, most creative setup and get ready to haunt the competition! 🕸️🦇🏆

Location: Yavapai Back Parking Lot

Vehicle Information

  1. Vehicle Setup: 3:45–5:15 PM
    • Please plan accordingly for this setup window and arrive with your decorations, supplies, candy, and other materials organized and ready to go. We strongly encourage having as much of your trunk decor assembled in advance as possible so setup can be completed efficiently.
    • All participating vehicles must be fully decorated and ready by 5:15 PM. This gives us a short window before the event begins at 5:30 PM to take trunk photos, make any final adjustments, and ensure the parking lot is ready to welcome our Yavapai families.
    • Please note: Because school dismissal takes place shortly before setup begins, vehicle entry may be briefly delayed while staff and families clear the parking lot. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.
  2. Trunk Photos: 5:15–5:30 PM
    • Once your trunk is complete, we will take a photo of each decorated vehicle for our 2026 Ultimate Trunk Master Voting Board. Please be ready for your photo during this time so all trunks can be added before voting begins.
  3. Ultimate Trunk Master Voting: 5:30–6:45 PM
    • Families will have the opportunity to view the participating trunks and cast their vote for their favorite throughout the event.
  4. 🏆 Ultimate Trunk Master Winner Announced: 6:55 PM
  5. Vehicle Dismissal: 7:30 PM
    • For the safety of our students, families, and volunteers, all participating vehicles must remain parked in their assigned spaces until 7:30 PM or until event staff confirms the parking lot is clear and vehicle dismissal may begin.

 Important Information

  1. B.Y.O.T. — Bring Your Own Treats! 🍬
    • Each participating vehicle is responsible for providing candy, treats, or small trinkets to hand out during the event. Please plan accordingly and bring enough to help keep the fun going throughout the evening!
  2. Costumes are encouraged! 🎃
    • We love spooky, silly, creative, and even a little scary! Just remember that this is a family-friendly elementary school event.
      • No weapons or weapon-like props of any kind
      • Please leave costume accessories that could create a safety concern at home
  3. Vehicle spaces are first come, first served. 🚗
    • As participating vehicles arrive, they will be directed into the next available space. Please follow event volunteer directions as you enter the parking lot so we can fill the area safely and efficiently. 
  4. Come ready to decorate! 👻
    • To keep participation easy and affordable, we are not requiring elaborate setups. Have fun, get creative, and make your trunk as simple or over-the-top as you’d like!
  5. Registration Deadline: October 27, 2026, or until all available vehicle spaces are filled.
    • Registering by this date gives our team time to finalize vehicle assignments, voting information, and event preparations.
